JASPER MINING CORPORATION OPERATIONAL UPDATE
Jasper Mining Corporation (the “Company”)(TSX-V:JSP) is pleased to announce that it has a contractual relationship with Melvin DeBriske, a qualified geologist with more than 30 years of experience in the area of Jasper’s properties. Mr. DeBriske is a qualified person within the meaning of the securities regulations and he is also a member of Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
The Company has raised sufficient funds to carry out its work finalizing the technical reports on the drilling results for Isintok (Cu, Mo, Ag, Au, W) and for McFarlane (Mo) as well as carry out exploration drilling on Irony (Pb, Zn, Ag) Faith (Au) and Sawyer (Pb, Au, Ag).
Jasper will be drilling approximately 4000 meters of diamond drill core on its Irony, Faith and Sawyer properties during 2011. Drilling is to commence on the Irony property during July 2011.
The McFarlane property is in the final stages of core logging and assaying which are being carried out by TerraLogic Exploration Inc. of Cranbrook, BC. 93 holes were drilled on the McFarlane property. TerraLogic’s results will be turned over to AMC Consulting in Vancouver for further work with the intention of producing a report on grade and tonnage.
Jasper expects to have a report on the Isintok property with respect to grade and tonnage from AMC Consulting, shortly.
